Many people vote in mock elections, but only one can win the title. It’s all based on popular vote and who fits the name best. Most of the time it goes by grade level which sets up the base for people to vote, if you’re a senior you vote for seniors at the senior table, but if you’re a freshman you vote for freshman. It’s not always the popular people that win the titles, it just depends on who gets out and votes. There are many different titles in mocks, some examples include “drama queen”, “party animal”, and “most likely to be famous”. It is highly recommended to get out and vote in mock elections, mostly because it’s important to be involved with your school and your opinion matters too. The titles won will be put into the yearbook on the mocks page and be placed next to the person that won that title. Anybody can win but you just have to get people to go vote. Personally this year I won three titles, the titles I won were “drama queen” (repeat from last year) , “most sarcastic”, and “female best friends” with my best friend Taylor Ostrander. They’re all goofy but I might as well embrace them. Not everyone is happy with the titles they get but they just have to deal with it and go for a different one next year. If you’re wanting to win a specific title you should get your friends out to go vote, it gives you a better chance to win if you have people get involved and vote for you.
