Late afternoon at around 4:23 police were fixated upon a black truck that had crashed into a Spanish classroom. From the pictures posted above it is clear that the truck hit a steam vent in which heat is supplied to the rooms for Port Huron Highs classrooms. It is unknown whether or not all steam vents will have to be closed in order to fix the leak. But a crew will be working around the clock to fix the heating and school is expected to resume tomorrow, said by Michael Palmer.
UPDATE 5:26 PM It has now been confirmed by police that the driver was going to pick up his daughter when his brakes gave out when trying to stop.
